A draft management plan for the Grey Wolf in British Columbia has been developed to provide advice on the management of this species in British Columbia. A management plan summarizes the best available science-based information on biology and threats to inform the development of a management framework. Management plans set goals and objectives, and recommend approaches appropriate for species or ecosystem conservation.
The Ministry of Forests, Lands and Natural Resource Operations is seeking comments from the public on the draft Management Plan for Grey Wolf in British Columbia for consideration before the plan is finalized.
Those interested are invited to submit comments on the draft Grey Wolf Management Plan by Dec. 5, 2012 to the Fish, Wildlife and Habitat Management Branch.
Comments are appreciated and will be reviewed, but will not be responded to individually. Please note that all comments will be collected under the authority of Section 26 (c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA).
